     T. P. Sheils is committed to thoroughly understanding every aspect of our client’s business, culture and core values and position parameters in order to successfully manage the unique characteristics of each individual search assignment. In order to accomplish this commitment we utilize the following steps for each search:

 

Position Review- We work together to acquire a thorough understanding of the organizations core values, culture, business approachand strategic objectives to detail the ideal candidate including the necessary background and work experience, duties to be performed, work environment, position expectations and

personal characteristics.

 

Candidate Identification- In order to effectively identify appropriate candidates to match Client specifications, we utilize multiple resources including our extensive confidential candidate database, our broad network of industry contacts for referrals and specialty online advertising to capture new entrants in the market to establish a qualified candidate pool.

 

Qualifying Candidates- We rigorously screen, qualify and rank candidates to insure that they are compatible with the culture and meet all of the pertinent established requirements described in the Position Review. In addition, we explore potential issues such as relocation, trailing spouses and potential of counter offers in order to eliminate any potential hurdles before we refer candidates.

 

Presentations- We confidently present candidates that are qualified, skilled and a cultural fit. Our presentation summaries include resumes and our detailed notes with explanations of how candidates match up to the established requirements including work history, compensation and reasons for interest in the particular position.

 

Interview Facilitation- We stay involved throughout the process. We help schedule interviews and perform debriefs with candidates and clients after each meeting to ensure we are meeting both parties expectations and successfully meeting your needs.

 

Offer and Negotiation- When the finalist has been identified we work to negotiate the appropriate details of

the offer and secure the candidates placement.

 

Follow Up- Upon the candidates acceptance, we continue to work closely with them through the resignation

and onboarding process to insure a smooth and successful transition. We are committed to building long-term

client and candidate relationships.
